1. any questions regarding the shorthand i use (ppd, quarter sized, etc...) are answered on the about page.

2. once you know what you want to order, print and fill out THIS order form. if you don't have access to a printer, a handmade version is a-okay but please make sure to stay true to the order form. it's important to the way i run this distro.

3. i have listed the postage rates for domestic mail (all mail within the united states), as well as overseas. hopefully your country is listed here. if not, email me and we'll work something out. convert the total amount of ounces into dollars based on these charts.

4. for international mail, the rate groups: one=canada; two=mexico; four=austrailia, japan, and new zealand;and for groups three and five, look up your country here, and see which rate group applies (the number is listed under the category: letter-post rate group)

5. send well-concealed cash or a postal money order (note: VERY IMPORTANT, you MUST leave the "pay to:" information blank) in us funds to:
